• Public license data: We source name, license number, and expiration date from publicly available state real estate commission databases. This is public record.
• Email addresses: Where available, we obtain professional contact information from public business directories.
• Usage data: When you visit our site, we collect standard web analytics (page views, clicks, referral source) through anonymized logging. We do not use third-party tracking pixels.

How we use your information

• To send a one-time license renewal reminder via email.
• To connect you with state-approved CE providers.
• To track aggregate click data for our own business analytics.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Affiliate disclosure

LicensePing earns referral commissions when you enroll in CE courses through our links. This does not affect the price you pay. All providers listed are state-approved regardless of any affiliate relationship.

Opt-out / Unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email hello@licenseping.io to be removed from all future communications. We will honor all requests within 10 business days.

CAN-SPAM compliance

Our emails identify themselves as commercial messages, include our physical mailing address (1001 Wilshire Blvd #1394, Los Angeles, CA 90017), and include a clear opt-out mechanism in every send.

Data retention

We retain contact information only as long as necessary to deliver our service. Upon unsubscribe request, we delete your email address from active sending lists within 10 business days.
