Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2024

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing licenseping.io or receiving communications from LicensePing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. What we provide

LicensePing is an informational service that identifies upcoming real estate license expirations from public records and provides referrals to state-approved continuing education providers. We are not a CE provider, a licensing authority, or a legal compliance service.

3. Accuracy of information

License expiration data is sourced from publicly available state records. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that the data is current or error-free. You are responsible for verifying your license status directly with your state real estate commission.

4. Affiliate relationships

LicensePing has referral relationships with CE providers. We may earn a commission if you enroll through our links. This commission is paid by the provider and does not affect the price you pay. All providers we feature are state-approved, but our endorsement does not constitute a legal or professional recommendation.

5. No warranty

Our service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any license lapse, financial loss, or other damages arising from use of or reliance on our service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LicensePing's liability for any claim related to these terms or our service shall not exceed $100 USD.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
